Teachable Moment

I was writing affirmations and I STARTED out scripture based, became impatient because I wanted to get done and was quickly rebuked for stopping and writing what "I" though sounded good and could help someone. I was quickly told not to get in the habit of "quoting" stuff that's just nice sounding opinions with no Word to back it up...We all do that sometimes...Unfortunately, back to where I started, lol...It was TRUTH and a TEACHABLE moment

I was about to write about guys for my girls only workshop and suddenly felt at a loss for words. I need to talk to my father. I just want to talk to him because I haven’t and I want a relationship with him. I want to know why he left me, and refused to call me over the years. he has my number and STILL  hasn't  called me. People actually become vexed and jaws puff up, when a leader mentions FINANCES!
