I was asked to give my thoughts and perspective on Genetic Inheritance(Evolution) and here is my response:
Genetic Inheritance (evolution) to me is like generational curses in one way, and beneficial in another so the root of an issue can come forth. A child’s grandmother or great grandfather could be a whiz and very smart, while the other child’s mother could be addicted to drugs and a habitual liar, so they don’t know how to overcome the obstacles. I find this theory challenging and like it could go more ways than one.
The other side could be diseases like cancer and heart disease from generations back and it running in the family. We don’t always know until sometime happens where to begin to trace the problems to; later finding out that the men are the ones who suffered or the women.
The world is tricky at wording things to where you feel as if you cannot gain an understanding, but it's up to believers to discern, know and rightly divide the Word (2 Timothy 2:15), truth and what we know is correct. Anyone can speak into your life and what your past says does not dictate what you can and will become.
